Was hoping for some good authentic Chinese food, but definitely not the case. I ordered the duck noodle soup, first of all I don’t understand how you serve a duck still on the bone in a bowl of soup, the duck itself was the best part of the meal , the broth was flavorless and the noodles looked liked a package of ramen noodles and basically that’s what they tasted like. I wanted a steamed lobster with black bean sauce but they wer out of lobster, I ordered the roast pork which was dry and tasted old and reheated, also ordered the fried squid which was chewy

The food is very bland, even the so-called spicy items. We had to request soy sauce to put on our fried rice. I’ve honestly had better food at Panda Express. This was very disappointing! On a positive note the Mai Tai was superb. My opinion, waste of time and money🥲

Kathleen our server was amazing. She gave us the best descriptions of what to order. And then told us she appreciated us trusting her. Food was 10/10. Service was 100/10 thank you from Texas for my birthday cake!

It's just average. I wanted sushi and they had a sign with no sushi available. So I was already disappointed. I had the Combination Fried Rice and the pork tasted awful, so I picked it out. There's nothing special. My waitress was good. I did go right when it opened and was helped right away.

We came thinking it was a Sushi/Japanese restaurant as advertised. I was then told they have been out of their sushi chef for over 2 months. They still adverise sushi until you arrive and then are told you cannot order sushi upon being seated. The staff is rude and did not care when input on the situation was given. The only solution given by the hostess and manager, was a hand written note passed during dinner, on what local restaurants in the area, potentially deliver sushi via Ubr Eats or Grubhub. I guess the money we drop in the casino is all the restaurant cares about. I will definitely look to spend my hundreds in Canada next time. So glad the COVID restrictions are being lifted, I will be going back to the other side of the border, and Niagara Falls USA will continue to be known as what it has always been recognized as for years. Be better Koi!!!!

The tum yum soup was the best. I ordered the Cantonese roast duck which was served with bones but was too oily for my taste. Maybe should have tried noodles

The service was friendly and the food had great flavor. Here’s where things went wrong. All of the food, I say again, ALL OF THE FOOD were not cooked long enough. The fried shrimp wontons were still raw. The wonton skins were uncooked and still in dough form when you bit into them. We sent them back. The soup, lomein, general tso tofu, and bok choy stir fry were not hot when they arrived at the table. They were warm, borderline room temp at best. The green tea that i ordered before the meal was HOTTER than the food. By the time i was on my third bite, the food had no warmth left to it. So this leads me to two explanations. One, the food is cooked and then left under a heat lamp for too long because the servers can’t bring it to the table fast enough. Or two, the more likely explanation is the cooks are literally cooking the food in 30-45 seconds. That’s not enough time for the food to heat up evenly. No matter how hot the wok is. Woks get very hot so people may think that food is cooked faster, but they’re wrong. The outside becomes hot faster while the center of the food needs more time heating up. The food would’ve been perfect if everything had been properly cooked. Slow it down, there is no rush. It’s a reservation only type restaurant. Not a fast food joint. Hope this reaches management as this restaurant has great potential to be better.
