So so disappointing ordered stake and shrip and the shrimp where almost as big as the stake. Not only that it's not the cut of meat is to Supposed to be don't think they new I grown up on a farm and know the cuts of meat. Don't think I will ever order there again. They say you pay for what you get. Well this time I did not get what I paid for.

Service in this restaurant is a hot mess. My wife and I ordered a appetizer before our dinner. The appetizer was placed on the table and we waited no less than 10 minutes for silverware and napkins to eat our appetizer. Please see attached picture, no utensils!!! We asked two employees for silverware before receiving our basic eating utensils. The manager was too busy walking around trying to sell holiday discount coupons, rather than making sure customers were being taken care of. Not to mention the waitress totally got my wife's order incorrect. Needless to say we will not return to this restaurant. If you are looking for a frustrating free dining experience, then DO NOT visit this restaurant.

Nice service manager was really nice even though we went little before they close it but the Host was kind of Rude and waiter was nice he was great. Otherwise good was good.

I had never been to an Applebee's before,this was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and personable. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. I had the full rack of baby back ribs and the person I was with ordered a salad with chicken which we asked they substitute shrimp instead. The ribs were excellent, not a big fan of their fries though. The salad with shrimp I was told was excellent.

After so long not going to the states we decided to have dinner at Applebee’s last night. To say this location has gone downhill is an understatement.
My husband says the taste of the bourbon street chicken was so overly coated in a lemon pepper type spice he can still taste it in his mouth despite brushing his teeth twice. The chicken on the Mac and cheese was yummy but the “Mac and cheese” wasn’t anything close to what you’d think. Instead it was like knock off, runny Alfredo with no cheese in sight.
And I’ll let the picture of the spinach and artichoke dip tell its own story (this was taken after eating some of the crumbs and the whole chips that were on top). I have never seen any restaurant think it was acceptable to send out crumbs.
Only giving a 2* because we genuinely liked our waitress.

Food was OK, and the reason I'm giving them 3 stars. The service was lacking. While our server was friendly, it felt like we were a bother... while taking our order, another server called her from across the bar to say she got a big tip... which took out server's attention away from the customer (and, maybe why order was wrong) not a big deal, but again, it was like our table was in the way of the servers social time. There are plenty of other examples, from forgetting to bring cutlery, to not taking our order properly (asked for no onions in my burger) to walking away while we were still talking to her (she blamed the speaker was too close to her head, but then turn it down or don't sit people there). We were a table of 5, so expensive enough to deserve a better experience. We like Applebee's as a chain, but likely won't visit this one again.

There was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't very long. We had a good waitress and the food was awesome. You can't go wrong with ribs at Applebee's!
