The food is always delicious. Their prices are reasonable. Generally we enjoy the hibachi show as well. I’m not giving the fifth star because the quality of the service can be a bit hit or miss depending upon who is working, and sometimes there can be quite a wait to be seated. On the other hand, they are excellent at accommodating food allergies.

Well they used to be great. Now orders take an average of 30-45 minutes longer than what was initially communicated. Look just be honest, at least I would know. Also, the quality of the food has really gone down. Maybe they are just too busy, I’m not sure but it’s just not great. The length of time to prepare an order is way too long for below average food.

The food was decent/good. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say about our experience last night. The service was terrible, the chef clearly didn’t even want to be there, and the scheduling / seating organization was terrible. We were in our seats an hour and twenty minutes before we even saw an appetizer. Sat down at 7:00. There was already a party at our table that was taking up 1 and 1/2 of the 2 hibachi tables. The waiters took their order and got there drinks. They eventually took our drink order. Then the chef came out and the waiter said that the chef was only cooking for the 1 and 1/2 table and then someone would cook for us when he was done. So we sat there for a full hour without any food but did get to watch their chef put on a good show. After the hour was up (and we were starving) a chef came out for us. He clearly didn’t care about being there and rushed through everything faster than I have ever seen. When we finally got our main dishes and started to eat the cleaning crew decided that would be a good time to clean up the rest of the table from the previous party. So we couldn’t even eat in peace. You would have thought that at least they would have noticed that none of us had any drinks but we had to keep asking for water.

I ordered sushi last night and it was amazing, I would like to just inform the owner or supervisor that the girl working last night and the front desk does not know how to answer the phone properly. The first time I called she answered with a “hello”, and that was it so I thought I misdialed and hung up. Then I called the number again and she answered The same way, so I had to ask if I was calling Fusion because it sounded like I called some teenage girls cell phone. Just letting you know so you don’t lose business.
