I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING JOE AND HIS CREW WERE. We booked Joe to cater our summer wedding, and up to the day before I hadn't heard much and I was worried. When we got there the day before to do final plans, he was all over everything. He had me bring all of my wedding accessories in boxes and listened to all of my plans for them. And when I say everything, I mean favors, centerpieces, seating charts, ring bearer pillows, flower petals, and aisle runner, everything. The day of, he got NOTHING wrong. Everything was perfect. People raved about my food and the amazing servers. Joe set up my entire wedding day--I literally just got pictures taken and servers brought me food and drinks all night. It was so amazing and seamless. I highly recommend Joe. If he isn't in touch for a few days, don't sweat it--he seriously knows what he's doing and he will give you everything you asked for and so much more.
