3 West Restaurant & Bar

Went out with the girls and had an enjoyable evening. First and foremost our waiter, Anthony was most accommodating from the minute we were seated till the end of our dining experience.Anthony served the drinks and food with class. The young ladies at the front were very pleasant as well. We will be back .

I frequent pj’s quite a bit and I must say between the food and live sports games I always have a wonderful time. More than anything having Jackie as our bartender was the best experience we’ve had yet. Her attention to detain, efficiencies and the way the entire bar flows in her command was amazing. We will continue to your establishment.

Never thought I would actually write a review on a restaurant but couldn’t help it after my experience at Blue Bell. I was really surprised to see how downhill The location has gone. Place smelled like stale beer and was super dirty. We sat outside and as the waitress was cleaning the table next to us the cleaning spray was blowing on us and our appetizers. When I said something she didn’t even make eye contact and continued spraying as she “apologized” and continued to spray more. Didn’t even ask if we wanted new appetizers. (Pro tip spray the rag away from customers then wipe the table). To top it all off, the wings ended up being the worst part of the experience. (Mind you I have talked up PJs wings my whole life). They were super cold and the bottom of my basket looked like this. I could only get through 2 wings and had to stop because they were soaked in grease that had a minor hint of hot sauce. PJs used to be good but looks like they are trending down. It was so bad I wrote my first review ever.

This was the worst service by far I have ever recieved at a restaurant. We went here for fathers day, got a seat outside on a low top table near the wall. It was a beautiful day and the food tasted good. However, the service was another story. We got our first drinks and put in the food order. A food runner brought the food. We no longer had drinks so we did not start eating because we had ordered inferno wings. The waitress was so busy talking to the couple at the table next to us that she obviously knew and for 20 minutes she never noticed the untouched food and empty drinks. When she did check on our table we asked for three drinks, one for each of us and lemonade for our young son. She brought him back water, not lemonade. He refused to drink it and she never checked on our table again except to bring the check.

After being told many great things about this restaurant I was to say at the least disappointed. The burger was average at best and saying that might be too nice. Next on to the fries they were good but was a little disappointed with the amount given. Now the wings, this should be the pride of any sports restaurant which unfortunately for this place weren’t as good as I was hoping. Overall this place was average and the atmosphere wasn’t as exciting for what I was hoping for during a close sixers game. I’m interested in seeing the other locations to see if they are similar.
