My husband and I went for our anniversary. The staff was very friendly, attentive and hard working. Our waiter, Daniel, was personable and really took care of us. The pizza was delicious and came out fast. Overall great experience.

Everything was good here! The food was good. Atmosphere was good, we sat outside and ate. The only bad thing was someone brought their dog to the restaurant and sat a few tables away. Staff was pleasant.

The interior is modern and elegant. My lobster bisque was thick, creamy and tasty. My Firepoint Chopped Salad also was delicious, the rotisserie chicken very tender and the ranch dressing not too overpowering. I do have a few minor complaints: 1) The lobster bisque was served lukewarm. I had to request it to be heated up. Even after it was brought back, it was just slightly warmed up. It was 36 degrees outside. It would be nice to have a bowl of hot bisque. 2) There's no choice for salad dressing. The salad was pre-mixed with the ranch dressing. It would be nice for the restaurant to offer a range of choices for dressing. 3) No complimentary bread was served. It would be nice to have a basket of bread to soak up every drop of the delicious lobster bisque.

Came around 3:30 on a Saturday and was a little disappointed they were already serving their dinner menu, most of which was bbq oriented. Prices were pretty high for what you get. The bathrooms smelled horrible and the floor was slippery/greasy inside the stall. The firepoint burger was good but you could really taste the whiskey in their flavored bbq sauce.Their iced tea was also brewed too strong. Service was good but wish the menu was a little more diverse. Hard to say I'll be coming back to try more.

Our first time going here after passing by it several times in Newtown Square. Overall experience was fantastic as there is plenty of space as well as a very nice outdoor patio. Upscale decorations as well as a very casual yet a higher end atmosphere. Menu is extensive and very accommodating to a large pallet of people with high-quality food options. Staff are all super friendly. My only downside to a 5-star is the price is about 10% too high (especially drinks/beers and the steaks). It is a very nice place and we will be back but if just a bit more area comparable to the type of establishment, I could see them kill it there. Maybe offer happy hours for food and drink or something? $8.5-9 for a beer is a bit high…even for a classier place.

Prices are high. $8.75 for a local draft from West Chester? Inflation - thanks Dems. Food was good. Portions were healthy. Nice staff and prompt service. Cool outdoor setting.

Generally speaking the service here is good for what you can expect from the area and we ate outside - bartender served us and he was absolutely awesome and when I gave my feedback regarding the crab artichoke dip he was incredibly kind. I would like to leave a review in hopes this might finally be a catalyst to changing the recipe for this dip. The crab artichoke dip came with gigantic pieces of artichoke heart that were so hard I could barely bite into it, on top of the melted cheese on top being hard and rubbery. The temperature was lukewarm and the taste was so unpleasant I couldn’t even fake my way through trying to eat it. This is a big miss for you guys. That on top of not offering a Buffalo or some sort of alternative/ house Made hot sauce? Why bother having ribs, wings or fried chicken on the menu at all? Will conclude with reiterating that while most of the food and service here is generally enjoyable, these are a few points that were a big miss.
