Pizza Ranch

[August 2013] I grew up on PR in my hometown. I have always loved the "Texas Taco", "Round Up" (supreme), cheese pizza and of course their amazing chicken. We were so happy to have a PR here in Newton, our new home! The customer service was great, the food was awesome and we picked up or had delivered WAY too often!! (5-stars at this point) [2015 or so] About 5-7 years ago they changed their crust. We were heartbroken! Additionally, we experienced a series of issues that deterred us from ordering their anymore. They seemed to have decreased their already very limited business hours (frustrating on weekends or after school events), we had a series of issues attempting to call or place orders online (staffing related?)... so really we stopped trying to use them. I drive past there to and from work and fully expected it to go out of business when the pandemic hit! (...chicken still rocked and the toppings were still wonderful... 3-stars) [2022] Newton PR still alive and kickin'! I was really craving my old favorite the Texas Taco... So I ordered a small one day when I was exhausted and hungry. The crust is still different than I remember, but way better than the showstopper a few years ago...and everything else was still AWESOME! Phones work, online works, customer service has been great and we are back to being regular customers!! (FIVE-STARS)
