Got bagels from this place. They have a good variety of options to pick from. I got the hashbrown cheese, 5 cheese, and few other flavors. The hashbrowns were surprisingly good.

Usually a decent place for bagels... but for some reason I got such a small about of cream cheese... I asked for more! And this is what I got... slightly less. So be sure you get enough to justify the $5.00. Also- despite 5 staff members- every table was dirty. Oh well. The bagels are pretty good.

I love the fresh bagels here. They are made fresh right in front of you. I ordered the breakfast sandwich the western, a delicious egg,pepper,bacon,and special sauce on a fresh everything bagel. I absolutely love this sandwich, order it everytime I go. The coffee isn't too bad either! I would recommend stopping by here next time you are in Newton.

I had a problem with being charged wrong multiple times I only got a refund for one the day i found out. I called to speak to a manager who wasn’t there to see if there was anything that could be done. I was told to leave my name and number and never got a call back. it’s been five days later and i have just been calling and calling. They never answer the phone. I am going to the store today. I loved this place but now i am disgusted. i am a student who worked really hard for my money with four jobs. overcharging me took a lot of money away from me over the past year. i just wanted some of my money back. i am so angry and so sad. never going here again.

I love the bagels but the service was rushed and I received incorrect bagels which they refused to take back or replace. I understand it’s unhygienic for them to take it back once bagged but they took no responsibility. Very disappointed by the service ☹️ Nevertheless, great bagels.

Will never return to this Brueggers location. Brueggars corporate, check on who you are allowing to run your shops. Maybe teach your staff and management what common courtesy is. I understand there are staffing shortages but no staff would be better than the miserable old woman you have behind the counter yelling at customers when they are confused you are out of every single item except bagels and cream cheese. I also understand there are shortages on supplies but how does a shop Expect to stay in business with nasty staff and be out of EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON YOUR MENU. That is not an exaggeration. The staff is advising customers “they can only make baggles with with plain cream cheese. Nothing else on the menu is available.” Absolute disgrace to the Brueggers brand.
