Best Mexican Food I have ever eaten!! Nothing compares. I'm ruined for all other Mexican restaurants. Chile Con Queso is supposed to be yellow, NOT WHITE! I have been eating at this restaurant since the high chairs used to hang from the tables (early 80s)! I remember when you could order from your boat on Lake Milton and they delivered it to you on their dock (they have probably since sold that land). Anyways, if you aren't from our area, but want to try our best kept "Mexican" secret...you gotta try El Carlos restaurant.

This was the worst Mexican food we ever had. A taco salad is literally store bought salad mix with carrots with a scoop of meat and some cheese, no crispy taco salad shell. It was the size of a small side salad. The plain soft tacos came covered in some silly salsa mixture. The queso was chunky and gross. I specifically asked if the rice and beans would be separate and was told they would be, they were mixed and disgusting. Never again will I order from this establishment.

The food was no good, the Mexican Chips were thin and No taste to them. The salsa was okay. There is No Mexican workers in the Restaurant. All Americans running this Mexican Restaurant. The food has No taste. The work staff was nice and the Restaurant was clean. Sad to say that I will never eat at this Mexican Restaurant. It is the worst Mexican Restaurant that I ever eaten in!!!

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. The staff was friendly but the food was completely awful. I had chicken fajitas which were soggy and my rice and beans were dried out like they’ve been sitting for a while. I didn’t eat much but what I did had no flavor. The salsa is just finally diced tomatoes with no flavor or seasoning. The chips looked like they were seasoned but had no flavor.
