This BK Store #19835 inside Wal-Mart IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS 1)the sign says one price but the register charges a higher price. the sign says $1.69 but the register charges$1.79 for onion rings (See PHOTOS)... 2) Also they charge 30 cents for one mayo packet when buying a burger... 3) there is no address, phone number or store number on the top of the receipt like other BK's, when you have a problem it says 'feel free to contact us STORE MANAGER SYNTHIA' but there is no contact info making it difficult to contact them. Even the very nice cashier guy was perplexed about the prices differences and couldn't help me when i pointed out the register was overcharging... THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!. .. I asked for my money back and left hungry... At this time I believe they have been doing this register overcharging trick for a long while on many items and at first I thought it a high state tax, this time I called them out on it and they were stunned. the staff has always been very nice but they don't program the register computer or the electronic customer ordering sign... The BEST service EVER experienced at a Burger King drive thru! The young lady at the window was patient, EXTREMELY courteous and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a smile.

Burger King isn't bad. The service isn't amazing but not terrible. The floor is sticky but otherwise the floors usually tend to be clean. I don't have a problem with going back. But if you go just don't expect anything much.

Went here with my Dad today.
I got hot nuggets and cold fries.
The gentleman who took my order was very rude and short. Instead of asking us "How can i help you" or "what can i get for you today", he simply leaned over the counter and looked at us without saying a word.
When our order was ready, he said "Hey, y'all. Food's ready" and plopped the bag on the counter.
I would understand if maybe he was having a bad day, but you have to have at least a better attitude when you work with the public. It can not only make your day better, but have a positive impact with your customers.

Every time I've gone here, the employee at the drive thru looks dirty. I understand they work with food but it's beyond what you would expect. The food is way over priced and put together sloppily.

Horrible service, they only had the manager and one employee working. You can clearly tell that the employee was new and inexperienced, manager was not making it easy or not was she helpful, cups had no lids and we were not told til after we received our food, took forever to get our food, fries were cold, just terrible service will never eat at this burger king again

TERRIBLE. Walmart location on Jefferson. Manager is consistently rude any time I have stopped here. Any question is met with attitude. It’s sad, really.
