I was there yesterday (9/28/21) to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladly offered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! He was so friendly and welcoming!!!
I come to this location at least twice a week!. people here are awesome specially Julia she always welcomed people as soon as she sees them walking right through the doorwith a "welcome to Starbucks" and I personally get a "have a good day"(Wich I'm pretty sure everyone does as well) all the time!!!.

Good service. Convenient location next to John Wayne Airport. Its a smaller Starbucks and this one like every other one will have your typical patron that will take up a table with their laptops. Parking can be a challenge but there's always someone leaving the small parking lot.
Short staffed, so long wait. Barista was working their tail off. Felt sorry for them. Call aheads were arruvung and still waiting. Guve yourself plenty of time if you are heading for a flight.
Decent little Starbucks but not as big as some other locations. They also don't have any outdoor seating or tables. Parking is also very limited here. That b by said its a nice store with great staff who always get my coffee right. I like the banana bread they sell it's pretty good.

I love this Starbucks store. Because the baristas are very friendly and always welcoming people with warm greeting. Especially I would like to say thank you to Danielle who treated me like a family.
This Starbucks is right next to the john Wayne airport. It's in the plaza where the AT&T used to be and next door to the bagel shop.
The baristas here are well trained and they make a mean vanilla latte. Only downside is the parking as it's small be can fill up quickly.
Nice little Starbucks located in the plaza with the AT&T on the corner of MacArthur and campus. They newly renovated the location and while it's clean at it does feel more corporate and less coffee shop. Wifi is good.
