Best of the best; management, service, food...still best steak, best yellowfin tartar, best caesar, best Cheers bar and drinks, best crowd and patrons....all under one small roof!
best place to have real Kobe beef. staff is very attentive and the rest of the menu is great too.
Best blta in orange county. Thick cut bacon, fresh dark greens, and fresh baked bread. Awesome selection of old timey and natural sodas and drinks as well as the old standbys. Wonderful cookies, pastries, breads, and cheese. Great lunch spot!
Hidden gem. Quiet and quaint. The food is delicious and affordable. Perfect view of the marina. Absolutely amazing.
~CD~. Pretty cool little place for breakfast or lunch. Went for lunch with michele and had a blt sandwich that was very good. you can sit outside if its nice and look at the back bay. This place is right on the PCH, so its easy to get to. Its also a store, so you can buy liquor, beer and wine there also. If you are looking for some good cheeses, they have those there too. Quaint little place with some good food.
TASTY!!. I expected overpriced (since it is part of A Restaurant), but I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the food and the price points. They have a great selection of sandwiches and fresh salads as well as various imports that are the ultimate foodie find!
I ordered the fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil Panini with a side of the beet and goat cheese salad. OMG it was good!! Every bite tasted so fresh and yummy, I can't wait to go back and try everything else!
*note: This isn't always the best place to come if you are in a hurry. My sammich took about 10 minutes to make and I was pretty much the only one there, and I was ordering to-go. But if you have half an hour to sit and enjoy lunch- don't miss out on this place!!
Quality and Imports.... Haven't spent much time in here buying fresh foods, though I would like to.
I will say this... I managed to spot my favorite imported whole wheat artisan cheese crackers from London, EN. I have yet to see these in the States, until Now!
Brilliant!
True NB with THE BEST GRANOLA I'VE EVER HAD!!! It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny!!! The generous baked goods are awesome as well! I imagine everything is outstanding
...but shhhhhh!!!...
Don't tell anyone, k? 😉
Enjoy!!!!💋
We came here for a small meetup, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very unassuming as you drive by, you can miss it easily from the road. Its modest and humble facade is easy to miss from the road.
But once you enter, you are taken away to a different place. Inside you’ll find a coffee shop, with pastries and cakes and cookies. Lots of seating and comfortable nooks and crannies to sit and read some of the magazines they have, or your favorite book.
They also have group tables if you’re feeling a little social. If the fresh baked goods aren’t your thing, they have a few fridges full of food and snacks and other goodies.
This place reminds me of the old school markets and coffee shops where the neighborhood would come to meet, and chat, socialize and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
In regards to the coffee, I have to be honest, it was terrible. I think maybe it was a little old or something, it was bitter and kind of sour. But I was busy with my meet up, so I didn’t say anything, I should have. On the other hand, the lemon cake was outstanding and by far the best I’ve ever had.
I rated this high because I really loved the place, despite the coffee being awful. I think the ambiance and the lemon cake more than made up for it, and if you’re in the area, you should definitely drop by and check it out.
I highly appreciate their selection of salads, particularly their chicken salads. It is worth noting, however, that during lunchtime, long queues form due to insufficient staff. Apart from this minor inconvenience, it is a splendid establishment for enjoying a satisfying lunch.
Wonderful local spot for high quality sandwiches, salads, coffee drinks, cheeses, baked good, snacks, and a decent wine selection. The kind of classy little joint with a cottage feel that you might find in Malibu.
It is neither cheap nor exorbitantly overpriced.
Yum. Everything looks wonderful. The presentation makes you want to try everything. The place is inviting and warm with many items to choose from. Location is great and the view of harbor is very beautiful.
A Market is one of my favorite brunch places. It’s also a great place to meet friends or clients. The coffee, pastries, gourmet sandwiches and more are always so fresh and delicious. But mostly it’s the chill vibe that keeps me coming back.
Soooo good! Love everything here!
I can't get enough of it!!! I drop by there at least once a week!
Service is GREAT! Food is always ahhhmazing!!!!
Love to stop in the morning and pick up salad. Get a coffee. Nice staff.
Cute little place to grab lunch! Prices are slightly high but the food is worth it! Great sandwiches lots of variety. If you go around lunch time the line and wait time can be pretty long, but you can call in your order ahead most of the time...
We stopped here on a weekend bike ride, towards the end of our ride. It was a little bit busy with a line going out the door. I only ordered coffee because I hadn't been there before and I didn't want to take too much time at the counter. They had lots of gorgeous pastries and some of the people I was riding with got them. I'm not sure if they had any options for vegan people. They also seem to have a really big deli and drinks. The benches and tables outside were really nice and there was someone selling fruit out front too! I definitely want to stop here again because even just the mocha that I got was delightful and I want to try more of their foods.
