Great happy hour drink menu and starters. The combination of flavors are fresh and exciting. All the food looks and tastes like it’s carefully curated just for you. The restaurant atmosphere is welcoming just like your best friends house. The patio area is gorgeous for a sunset meal. And you can’t forget to order dessert because it’s amazing. My favorite is the carrot cake, it’s vegan and gluten free.
What a great spot! Charming outdoor patio with blankets and heaters for the rare chilly California day. we went for lunch and they had a good selection of fresh omelettes, salads, sandwiches, and plenty of vegetarian options. good coffee, smoothies and juice. Will definitely be visiting this spot again! for reference, I had the kale quinoa bowl.
We LOVE this place. Is a bit pricer than other brunch places but chic and with delicious food. My husband is crazy after eggs Benedict and his favourite are from this place. They have a cozy patio with comfortable chairs and provide blankets if you want to feel warm on a colder day.
Had lunch here and enjoyed it. The restaurant is very nice inside with a plenty of outdoor seating. Our server was quick and friendly and food was delicious and well presented. Finding parking won’t be a problem and their menu has many healthy options. Prices aren’t crazy either.
Great farm to table place. Hummus for sure try. Salmon good a little sweet with the sauce. Service fantastic!
Babette’s was delightful! We loved the atmosphere-casual and cool! The service was top notch. And the food was delicious -and a wonderful variety! Our meal was perfect. Spinach salad, Scallops, and the Asian vegetables with salmon. A+ We can’t wait to return to Babette’s!
My wife and I had a wonderful breakfast this morning at Babett's. Both the food and the service was excellent! We both had french toast with tea. The toast was served with strawberries, bananas, and real maple syrup.
The tea was steeped from loose tea in sufficiently hot water to make an excellent cup.
Our server was very friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant and relaxing start to the day.
One of our very favorite restaurants in Newport Coast! The pad Thai and salmon Benedict are dishes we regularly crave! The outdoor dining, and wonderful service, have made us devoted fans! Can’t wait for our sweet Babette’s to reopen! ♥️
A charming spot! We visited as a result of the OC Dining guide and we were not disappointed. We were greeted well, and had an attentative staff. One of the servers who came by did a wonderful job answering our questions regarding the inspiration for the space. Our food arrived timely and was delicious. In particular, the white truffle wild mushroom mousse was outstanding.
Babette's is my new favorite restaurant. I've visited many times for lunch, brunch and dinner, and the menu offers healthy and delicious options for everyone (even my dog if he joins me on the patio!). I don't know of a better restaurant where vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters can sit together and all have menu options they like, in a chic and comfortable environment that makes you want to linger a little longer after your meal. The exceptional service and beautiful design also can't be beat. 5 stars from me!
