Modo Mio Rustic Italian Kitchen - Newport Beach - Photo album

We went there on a night before thanksgiving. So it was not particularly busy. The service from the start to end was amazing. We had the Pignoli with the house pink sauce short rib Ragout. Pignoli is a very flavorful towards a marvelous sourness. It comes with chicken and over all a good choice. The
It’s is super loud. A lot of people talking so loudly. No sound dampening at all. The meatloaf covered in mushrooms was not good. No favor The Milanese chicken was ok. The zupppa Gamberi was salty but very good with shrimp and clams.
As a local resident, my wife and I have noticed this restaurant for some time. Last night we finally decided to give it a try. What a great stroke of luck. This place is fantastic. The restaurant is located in Crystal Cove Newport Beach. There is ample parking and easy access. As you approach the re
We had a great dining experience with delicious food and prompt, friendly service on a nice large patio. Our party also enjoyed the never empty bread basket and complimentary mushroom appetizer. They only have outdoor dining available but there are umbrellas, heaters and good lighting. Pro Tip - F
Food and service was excellent. Highly recommended! Atmosphere was great!
Goooooood Food, very good service.!! Nice Atmosphere ♥️
Everything was perfect - the food (Modo Mio salad, fresh mushrooms served with the bread and eggplant parmesan) was delicious, portions were generous and service was outstanding. Can't wait to go back!
I went to Modo Mio with a friend. We both had an amazing time. I had a Caesar salad and their meat lasagna. It was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it. Also, the ocean view was amazing.
Pretty decent Italian restaurant, we order 7 entree, 3 appetizers and 5 desserts for only $300 with tips. Food is very good and toward traditional Italian style, which is what I like. They are very busy restaurant, especially for outdoor seating, so if you in the rush this might not be you choice.
The best restaurant by the sea! I have eaten at Modo Mio so may times with family and for business. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. The must haves are: Scaloppine Limone, Cioppino, Short Rib Ragout and the Calamaretti as an appetizer.
Great food! Great atmosphere! Corkage fee only $25. Order the short ribs!
The food is high quality and the servers are excellent. Their desserts are not authentic though, almost felt like they were store bought.
Currently all service is outdoors. They do have outdoor heaters, but I reccomend a coat. Dinning is normally for 2-4 people. Staff is friendly and polite, they don't push sales. Due to limited tables they fill up quickly on a Saturday, you will need a reservation. Parking is free. The Food was
Coming from an East Coast Italian family background I can't express how right on my experience was...excellent in every way that matters. No photos because I was too busy enjoying it.
I wanted to give 10 stars but the max limit is five. I was here with my mom and the restaurant was full but they managed to accommodate us outside. They were so kind to shift around with the heaters to make sure that my mother was warm and comfortable. The gentleman who was the waiter was extremely
Wife and I went here last night for the first time and it was fantastic. Had reservations and we were seated quickly and brought a basket of bread and a plate of mushrooms marinated in olive oil and lemon juice which was a first for us. Ordered a caprese salad and all ingredients were fresh and tast
What a lovely early Valentines Day dinner. The hostess seated us exactly as requested though did not expect given its smaller and cozy indoor dining area. Our wait staff was perfect: always there but never in the way or pushy, including our leisurely conversation over perfectly prepared dinners of
