Rode our bikes here for happy hour food. It was quite busy on the bar patio since the sun finally came out and it’s the first weekend of summer.

Billy’s was pretty good, a little pricey for the quality but you’re paying for the atmosphere. Overall recommend for a chill date spot, or a good hangout.
Coconut shrimp were bomb, and the tacos were solid.
Excellent food drinks and service. My only complaint, and it's a big one, handicap parking! Only 2 spots. After that they hit you with $9 valet parking. That seems very unfair with a permanent handicap tag. I had no choice but to pay.
Wonderful service with a great atmosphere. The mai tai is a must try as well as the pupu platter.
Billy’s is always a treat. We thoroughly enjoy eating here. I started with a Mai Tai which I won’t drink anywhere else. I don’t really enjoy them anywhere else but at Billy’s. The garlic bread appetizer was so good. I’m not sure how they deliver such an elevation to a simple dish.

Servers are wearing Hawaiian shirt and provide very quick service.
They had parking for the Duffy. Food and service was good. Happy hour food is not great. Has an outside bar and outdoor seating for meals. They also have a brunch menu.
I came for happy hour. the calamari was very good and the kimchi dipping sauce spicy! (good)
the chips and salsa not so good. the chips had an odd flavor and so did the salsa.
the blue Hawaiian drink was delicious.
the staff was friendly and the valet parking out front was easy.

Billys is a Newport Beach institution if you're looking to have a nice meal with cocktails "Mai Tai's" and views right on the water. This is the place!! It's balanced with the wealthy and somewhat wealthy locals peppered with a few tourists taking in the wonders of the Newport culture. So with that
Wow! Loved this restaurant on the docks! Get a table by the window at sunset -- gorgeous views of the sky! Cute tropical paradise themed restaurant with fresh fish entrees. The scallops were delicious and their Mai Tai is a must! Enjoyed their key lime pie for dessert!

I chose Billy’s for my rehearsal dinner based on the location and the atmosphere and I 100% recommend. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The servers were so nice and did such a great job. Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Billy’s!
Billy’s is amazing!!! I love to come here on Sundays… Sunday Funday whoop whoop 🙌 … even tho it’s in a touristy location there are tons of locals and rich old guys for u sugar babies 🥳
They have so many yummy things but a few of my favs are the pupu platter - coconut shrimp -cheese bread they give
Billy’s was a little more upscale than I had anticipated, the food was good the service was ok the waiter forgot a few things. The patio out on the water is nice but if your in shorts and a shirt it gets cool when the sun is setting.
