Other reviews are true. While the worker wasn't completely rude she seemed put off I was wearing a mask. I used my free drink reward to get my drink. And then didn't wait for the receipt, which I never do. I've worked in retail MANY people don't get receipts or wait for them. When she gave me my drink she pointedly said "and here's your receipt." I don't need a receipt for a free drink? Disappointed would have been a nice location otherwise.

The workers and the manger and horrible. Rudest people ever, never got treated this way from any other coffee shop. They should NEVER raise a voice to a customer. I’m pretty sure they have high egos they always believe they are in the right so they give customers bad attitudes. Screw the manger, she needs to humble herself after all she is in life is a Dukin Donuts Manger. The employees consistently making horrible food like giving raw eggs in their sandwiches. Never coming back.

Rude high school boys? Girls? With a scumbag sense of entitlement took a booth next to me and also took the seats across from me, the workers are dull witted with blank stares when asking for items or they are giving an attitude of annoyance, after numerous negative experience I will not spend my $$ there, avoid it so it can be closed and maybe a better coffee shop can take the place

Hass to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts have I have been yo very unprofessional and rude workers. And has to be one of the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too I will be taking all of my business and my workers will all be going to Starbucks better coffee and way better service

This time I went through the drive through. I ordered quickly, drove to the window, paid with DD app. Everything was ready and delicious. I must admit I enjoy a grill cheese sandwichs and DD did it again. I really enjoyed. RECOMMEND

Worst service ever.. manger is so unprofessional, screaming at her employees, she shouldn’t be a manger... coffee and foods were perfect, only issue I truly have with it and turned me off was the way the mangers talked to the employees. I will drive the extra few minutes out of my way to feel comfortable.
