I liked it, my son has autism and he enjoyed himself. I was a little sad that there wasn't that many games to choose from so I felt us going around in circles over and over again. Great to go if you want to be there one hour or less unless you take time to eat which is honestly kinda expensive. Personal pizza start at 10 bucks etc but worth it because it taste really good! . My kid liked it so well definitely be back!

Excellent experience with a double birthday party tonight. Ashley was our party host and we couldn't have been more impressed. We were never left wondering where she was if we had questions, not that we had any because she had everything very much under control that no detail was left unattended to. She gave us the run-down beforehand and followed the schedule exactly, so we always knew where to be and when. Ashley is the type of hostess that every parent dreams of when throwing a big party with kids that can very easily get out of control. If you're having a party at the Newington Chuck E. Cheese, I would recommend that you request Ashley as your host. You can thank me later. Tip her well, she deserves an award for her attention to detail and professionalism.

My grandson just had his birthday party there and he had a great time. The staff was very nice but I do have one major complaint. The way the place is laid out they have a ramp going down to where all the kids have their birthday party and it's very crowded and very difficult to get in and out especially if you're in a wheelchair .They should rearrange the place and make it more handicap accessible and easier to get in and out instead of only one way which could be very dangerous in case of an emergency and everyone had to leave at once

I had my daughter's birthday party there again today for the third year!! My kiddos choice. They always do an amazing job and she had a blast!! They are always very reasonably accommodating and can't beat the pricing for the packages. Best part in 2 hrs kids had a safe fun place to play, food, cake, and treat bags to stick their Xtra goodies in along with their reusable rechargable cards that hold both tickets and tokens!! Great experience over all. My child adores this place. Great for the whole family.

I love that the kids had a great time but the space between the tables on the reserved area for the birthday is way to cramped, other party guests had there behinds all over my table and they all were without a mask and kis where coughing on top of our selves and our food. Super disgusting and unsanitary.

Kids had a blast. Little pricy but not bad and you expect that. Loads of games to play. My only complaint is that you don't get many tickets per games and the prizes require SO many tickets. You can pay a penny per tickets to make up the difference when getting a prize. Good pizza good fun. Safe enough to not have to 100% have your eye on your kids. Kids CANNOT leave without you since you are stamped when ypu come in with matching stamps.

First time at this location. Overall my family had a lot of fun. 2 little things the little helicopter ride randomly got stuck and i had to literally take my daughter off. Secondly if you order food you have to pick it from a kitchen that anyone can just walk up to even if they didn't order food and access to it.
