Tom's Pizza

Ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli. Chicken was tough couldn’t chew it. Hardly any sauce. They forgot my salad and garlic bread. Also ordered fried dough with sugar and got hard nuggets and no sugar. I ordered from them before and it was good. Don’t know what happened Friday nigh. Want to support local businesses, but it’s getting harder to find good places that deliver.

Called Vino's to order a pizza, I was able to order a pizza and when it came it was 24 dollars and change for a 2 item large pizza. Sausage and Olives. 2 dollars for a delivery charge and it goes to the restaurant per the driver. I still tipped her 2 dollars and mentioned in passing to the driver that that price was expensive for a 2 item pizza. so I paid almost $27.00 for a pizza. It tasted Awful and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want good pizza call any other pizza place like Max's Pizza, Peppino's Pizza, Marathon Pizza, Checkers Pizza or even 1 of about 6 other pizza places within 5 minutes of this place.

First time ordering from here and omg hands down my new go to place pizza was amazing and the potato skins were better than any other place I've ordered before. The young man who delivered my food was super polite made it even more of a reason to order again. The only reason i gave 4 stars was the cheesecake it was nasty and didnt taste anything like cheesecake tasted old and rubbery.

Ordered pizza this evening. They left the order on our neighbors steps. They claimed it wasn't their fault because the house they left the order at had no house number (disregarding the large well-lit house number on our house right across the street). By the time the mistake was discovered, the pizza had been sitting on cold concrete for 45 minutes. The MAX 5 response was to offer us 10% off the next pizza we ordered. We will gladly save them the effort by never ordering from this establishment again. Completely incapable of taking responsibility for their mistakes.

We wanted another large pizza with everything, veggies. So we ordered 2 large grinders and 2cheesecake with cherries sauce, 2 bottles Coke a Cola. It was so good we couldn't eat all at once. So, I put my half in refrigerator yesterday, had to microwave it for 8minutes, so much cheese pulling when I took my first bite. I love MAX 5, it's another Max that I will keep calling, too. Excellent Food, red sauce is rich like homemade from home. The service on the phone and on delivery are Great!!

I’ve been coming to max pizza since 2015. Now when I first went to the new Britain location food was great. But this place in newington ? AWFUL, the put one slice of meat on your grinder, and think that’s acceptable, then have the nerve to charge you full price !!!! For a grinder with one slice of meat !!!! Ordered there today, and welp here we go leave it to max pizza to make me feel guilty about wasting my hard earned money on poor quality, no flavor having, cheap on the meat wanna be grinders, if you come here. Stick to the pizza, cause clearly who ever is making the grinders at this place is a pro at destroying them, will absolutely never be coming back to any max pizza. They fell off big time. Thought today if I ordered something else it would redeem its self so I’m like ok a second chance !!!!! Well I just wasted my money ! AND YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! Heed this warning ! Go to yannis better flavor, and they actually put meat on your grinders! Chains can never meet quality standards anyway,
