Noche Azul

This is such an amazing find! We went on a beautiful warm summer evening and sat on the patio. The chips and salsa were a great indicator of how good the food was going to be!! The food was authentic and fresh. We shared a Molcajete with added shrimp, wow, just wow! So juicy and flavorful, the beans made it creamy too. The different meats were tender. The chile relleno and nopales were melt-in-your-mouth good! My son had the chuleton (ribeye tacos) with delicious potatoes and tortilla de queso. He devoured it!! My daughter was blown away by the red mole sauce and the crispy skin on the duck plate she had. The tortillas were handmade and they were outstanding. The kids had a beautiful jamaica and guava drink, so good! We finished the night with creamy flan and crunchy churros with a side of dulce de leche. It was like we took a trip to mexico. The dishes are from a mixture of 2 chefs one from Oaxaca and the other from Michoacan. Hats off to the chefs and the wonderful hospitality of the owners and wait staff. Will be back to try more good eats from their menu. This is a gem in SCV, a favorite for us now. BTW, they have drinks and cocktails too, yayyyy!!

Probably some of the best Mexican food I've had in SCV! We got taquitos because they were $1.50 each for their Taquito Thursday, Queso Fundido with chips, a side of rice, and a pomegranate margarita. Everything was so delicious and our server was super friendly. I don't remember her name but she has dark hair and glasses. We are definitely coming back to try more.

Noche Azul was recommended & it far exceeded our expectations! Every detail from the owner’s original cool painting & beautiful hand made resin tables to the flavorful food & delicious drinks give to this culinary experience. All the staff were super friendly & made great menu suggestions & vegetarian suggestions as well. The owners & their daughter were very friendly & so very passionate about their food & aesthetic’s of their restaurant. Very original & authentic menu a new must try, for foodies! 👌🏽

We were really impressed with this place!! There were 7 of us and everyone loved their food! Its not the same old Mexican food you get at the hundreds of other Mexican food restaurants. I got the pescador which has shrimp, scallops and fish in it. Wow what a great flavor! I Will definitely order it again. The inside was decorated so cool!! Compliments to the owner, who apparently painted everything! We were all already talking about what we want to tey on there next visit. Service was great! Bianca was so nice and very attentive.

So good! The 'gourmet' tacos are simply amazing. Delicious chorizo with cheese street style tacos, shrimp and a few other varieties make them the best. They are large portioned so just a couple will definitely fill you up. Excellent chips and bean dip and a great variety of Mexican fare with a twist. Great quality.
