Tim Hortons

We went here on our way out of town And were pleasantly surprised. The young man in the drive through was organized and pleasant. He read our order back and told us the price before we got to the window. Our breakfast was hot and our coffees were both correct. We haven't had such luck with many of the Tim Hortons lately. Good workers at this location. Recently we have had some, not so good, visits to this location. In fact today just made me edit this review. A young lady in the drive through was extremely rude and had an issue with us asking for napkins. This last photo I'm submitting is of Tim Horton breakfast wrap for 1.79 + tax. It was literally 3 small bites! What? I just was disappointed with the downhill Tim Horton has been going to. Btw...why do you run out of roll up the rim cups? That didn't happen last year, or any Year I can remember.

Has the best coffee of any coffee shop in WNY some treats and stuff. The down side is 90% of the time they are out of specific items also when adding sugar and or cream to your coffee it's always inconsistent. I always get exLarge 1 cream 3 sugar. In 7 years its came out my way maybe 25 times. Normally it comes out as 3 cream 1 sugar or 3 cream and 3 sugar or tons of cream and No sugar. If they ever got consistent this place would be 5 star 🔥
