Subway

I used to love Subway but not anymore. The last few times I've gone in for a sandwich, nothing was fresh. The recent time being Wednesday, March 23rd. I even asked the woman if their bread was fresh because I prefer it that way. And of course she lied. It wasn't. I did end up getting one but only a 6 inch. And like usual when I got home I had to cut the ends off the bread because it was stale and hard. None of their ingredients looked fresh. And they weren't. Plus, they raised the price. $14.99 for a footlong! For that much I expect EVERYTHING to be fresh and a drink and chips to be included. I don't know if all Subways are like this, but suffice it to say, I will never, ever be eating here again. To all the people who work for/at Subway: You all NEED to do better.

This man is not polite. I walked in, looked at the specials and inquired. I asked for clarification on the weekly specials, and he rolled his eyes at me after a deep sigh. I said “I’ll leave you alone, you seem upset” then he said “ok, just go man!” I took this pic and said, “I’ll be leaving a review.” Then he said “F__k you!” Terrible experience and I left still hungry.

Another foreign owned store that does not accept the coupons they put out an email to the neighborhood carrier this coupon expires on February 19th and as of today the 14th they will not honor it. I'll be outside picketing at the Coal Creek Subway for the next week feel free to stop by and say hello. Do not shop at this store whatever. I write great reviews and if you believe this get the like phone. The manager Azod is very rude and will swear at you of you complain!!

I went to this Subway in Newcastle about 3 weeks ago because I had a coupon. I've had bad experiences here in the past and haven't been back for several years. I was hoping that they've changed but they've seemed to have gotten worse. When I arrived, there was no one in the sandwich prep area. There was a camera so I assumed the employees can see customers if they're in the back. Well, no one came out to provide service. I waited around for about 10 mins and when I started to walk out the door, an older Indian female came out of the back (btw, no apologies for making the customer wait). I finally ordered, and when it was time to pay, I mentioned to her that I have a coupon. She entered the full price in the register. So I had to mention again that I'm using a coupon. Finally, she enters the correct amount. Her attitude was if she didn't care and very rude. About the food, if you want to eat fresh, you're in the wrong place. I don't think there is anything in there that's fresh, from the meats to the vegetables to the cheeses to the breads, nothing. Everything looked like they've been sitting there for days. It doesn't surprise me, given the workers attitude. Also, when I went to fill my soda, only carbonated water came out, which I didn't realize until I got home. In summary, this place has not changed. It's probably one of the worst Subways around. Everything from the employees attitude to the quality of the food, it's obvious they don't want business.

I made a mistake by coming to this location. Poor customer service. Walked in and no one was there for about a minute. Don't recall if I was greeted but didn't feel welcomed by the Indian woman. Honestly the food / ingredients did NOT look fresh at all. Hoping I dont get sick. Another place that doesn't participate in the online deals. Will not ever go back.

I've always liked Subway. Even more than Jimmy Johns & Jersey Mike. But lately their sandwiches & produce have become really bad. Recently I was in the Coal Creek location last week. Their bread is stale, their produce: tomatoes, lettuce, olives, etc. looks so old. As if they've been sitting out for days. I was a loyal customer, but I won't be going there anymore. I don't know about other locations, but I'd avoid the Coal Creek one if I were you.
