Commune Cafe

Unfortunately have to give 3 stars for customer service. The guy at the register seemed distracted and even though he repeated our order two times, we still got the wrong food. Me and my friend ordered two different bagel sandwiches: we both got wrong bagels and wrong cheese; after waiting for about 10-15 minutes, and the place wasn’t even busy at the moment. Mistakes were fixed within 5 minutes, but bitterness of the experience left. Matcha and Chai latte were really good; veggie bagel sandwich w/cheese was a little to fatty/battery for my taste; ham and cheese bagel was good and ham wasn’t too salty. Although, I don’t think you can come here for a quick bite. Consider having at least 20 minutes of spare time if you planning to order drinks and food.

Awesome atmosphere. I've never been to a cafe that also serves nice wines and beer so that was great! Crepes are so delicious! Lots of different drinks to choose from. 4 stars because the glasses and plates could be a little more clean. Wine glasses had smudges and faint stains of lip stick on mine. Overall, nice visit and will come again!

I met a colleague for a meeting at Commune Cafe a couple days ago and it was the perfect venue for it! The place was quiet and not very crowded for a Friday evening, allowing us to properly hear each other speak. It surprised me to experience the best mocha latte of my life in this small coffee shop and even to have a fantastic dinner. I was very satisfied with the pear and goat cheese crepe I ordered. The staff was kind and even the other customers seemed to have warm attitudes - uncommon in New England. I highly recommend Commune over the much busier, and more spaciously confined, Starbucks just around the corner.
