I waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes to place my order. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order (two of the 2 cheeseburger meals) and the order did not have everything in it. This McDonald’s has been this way for years and I always try to give them another chance, but they continue to prove why I choose to go elsewhere.

This place never fails at messing up my order and the customer service is the worst ever. Everytime I go inside There is never anybody working at the front counter I stand and wait for a good 5 minutes or longer for anybody to even take my order. They Always have a bunch of people working never anybody up front always have to wait for your food and wait to order is just ridiculous and a waist of time to go here anymore.

The first McDonald’s restaurant was opened in 1940 by brothers Maurice (“Mac”) and Richard McDonald in San Bernardino, California. It originally was a drive-in that offered a wide selection of items. However, in 1948 the brothers decided to revamp the business, and after a three-month renovation, a newly envisioned McDonald’s opened. The small restaurant was designed to produce huge quantities of food at low prices. To achieve this, the brothers limited the menu—which only featured hamburgers, potato chips (later replaced by french fries), drinks, and pie—and developed a simple, efficient format that they named the Speedee Service System. This included a self-service counter that eliminated the need for waiters and waitresses, and customers received their food quickly because hamburgers were cooked ahead of time, wrapped, and warmed under heat lamps. These innovations allowed the brothers to charge just 15 cents for a basic hamburger, about half the price of competing restaurants. McDonald’s was a huge success, and the brothers began a franchise program.

Gave the Newburg McDonalds a try for the first time beings we were going though town. It was a tad busy so you'd think food would be more fresh. Burgers tasted old and were cold. And fries were dark orange (overdone and hard). At least they were warm 😑.

Be sure to visit this location if you like spending a ton of money on three meals, having to waste gas sitting and waiting for those meals, and then having your order given to someone else, then mess your order up again. Ridiculous.

Updated review... This McDonald's is still terrible. After some time away, I thought I'd try it again because of convenience. Shame on me.
Not only did they get the order wrong, luckily I checked before leaving the drive through, see the attached picture for what they consider a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.
It's incredible that this particular store stays open.
New review as my last experience seems like a distant memory...
It's fast food so you pay for what you get. Inattentive and socially backward employees who seemed inconvenienced when taking down your order. In general, I will avoid this particular restaurant and go elsewhere if McDonald's is requested by my family. Avoid and go elsewhere if you can!
