I have had to have them fix my English Breakfast tea latte multiple times every time I go there. Either no sugar can or only 1 bag, or they didn't make it latte or now how to froth the milk... Come on. Someone there does make it perfect but I don't get it very often and I'm not very picky but it's not even close. Whoever is making it great please share your knowledge with your coworkers. Usually I don't complain but I'm getting tired of throwing drinks away. Plus I hope STARBUCKS...can put some of that money into better training.

Great experience, fast and friendly service. Drive through is kind of weird in the way you pull through, causing traffic issues on the joining road. Prices are alright on their items. Overall decent price range and always amazing and friendly service.

Have driven through drive- thru several times lately and been told dark roast was dripping and would be several minute wait. Went by today and drive thru was closed 11 am- 2pm. On a DOUBLE STAR day!! I mostly just want black coffee but the " struggle is real" to get it. I wish their darn coffee wasn't SO ADDICTING or I would just give up.

Everybody here works so hard, and you can tell. I went here the other day for a morning treat, and even though they were very busy, the baristas still took time to say hi and make sure everybody got their drinks quickly and correctly. A worker named Eme was especially kind to me, and went out of her way to make sure my drink was exactly the way I wanted it, and even suggested I add some Raspberry syrup to my drink to make it tastier. She was right! It was so good, and now I will always add some Raspberry to my tea. Thank you Newburgh Starbucks for your great service!

I love coming to this starbucks. You have employees like Kiah, who recommended a different style drink when they didnt have any brown sugar in. Your staff is always so sweet and inviting and Kiah is a ptime example of this. Keep it up!!
