So disappointed, 30 min to wait for my order and it wasn't that busy, but the on duty manager found it appropriate to take a meal break exactly at that moment. Forgot an entire combo because my order was over $50 so there was a miscommunication on the manager's part which caused my last combo not to be processed. Waited 30 minutes for the initial order, checked the order, realizing at that point the last combo was not processed. Placed looked disheveled, employees looked like they were being run rampant. Location is convenient, but this is the second time with the same manager that it seemed the working atmosphere was negative. What happened to the up beat crew with the previous managers, birth of whom were exceptional, professional, and kept the team happily moving in an efficient manner.

Thank you for wasting pretty much my ENTIRE break. Stood online waiting to be helped, for over 10 minutes. Watched them walk back and forth in front of a person who was already waiting for longer then I was at the register, didn't look like one person acknowledged the guy so he stormed off. It was like watching toddlers run around not know what to do next or where to go, they didn't even help the next guy until they were ready. But as soon as a mobile order comes in, they are in and out. That same service should be for everyone. I understand the food industry is hard, but if your manager isn't taking the lead then someone should to make sure things run smoothly.

I would have given 5 stars because I love this location but the greeter which is a young African American girl who forgets that just because she is done greeting customers does not mean that we are not still watching. . She would do well to maintain professionalism at all times. And leave the “streets” where they belong, in the street!
