Papa Johns Pizza

If I am able to post a 0 I would. Our food was never delivered. First, I had to contact customer service because the actual store was not answering the phone. After filing a complaint, I called again the store. When trying to speak to management they said it was delivered and refused to answer me where exactly was it delivered to. Very poor communication skills. It’s probably best to avoid deliveries but when you’re trying to go contact-less it’s hard to do. Very frustrating when you’re hungry and you’re calling for answers from the actual store and they simply refuse to answer you. Definitely needs new management and new staff ASAP!!!! Or Train them better!!!

I am extremely displeased with the timeliness of my order. I had a really busy day and I made sure to call in at opening to place an order. I would’ve done it online but the earliest time was an hour after opening. I called at 1102 and placed an order for which the man said 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later for him to tell me 10 more minutes . It was not until 26 minutes more was my order ready. If I knew it was going to be that long I would’ve went somewhere else. Then on my drive I realized it wasn’t correct and had to go back. The food was okay. Could’ve been better.

Dinner was ordered for us as a gift. I called to change the pizza flavor and was pleasantly surprised it was so easy. Delivery was on time. The food was hot and very tasty! The driver from papa johns was very polite. The pizza was perfectly done. The garlic knots are sooo good! And the cookie is such a treat! The food reminded me of my youth and we were pleasantly happy and will be back for another treat!

I really want to like this place, but I never get the chance to eat my pizza. I already have order from this place three times and there’s always a problem. First I ordered my pizza at 10:30 pm, i know it’s a little late but it was only a pizza and they cancel my order. I let that go because it was the first time. Second, they tell me my order is gonna take 1 hour, I check my phone half hour later and I got a notification saying it will take another hour(?) this place is five minutes away from my home how is that possible? The third time it happen again, I try to cancel my order because I found a place where my order wasn’t gonna take 1:30 to be ready and they didn’t let me cancel it. I am very disappointed of this place because I really love Papa John’s over others but I guess is time to make a change.
