Buffalo Wild Wings

The food was great. Our appetizers came out fast. Food took a bit long but our server let us know the kitchen was a bit backed up and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the Parmesan garlic, orange chicken, and Thai curry wings. They were all delicious and the wings were cooked perfectly to my liking. I also had a blue Hawaiian which I wasn’t expecting to have cream in it. It was good but would’ve rather had it without the creaminess. The bathroom was very clean as well.

Lately they really haven’t been paying attention when making food at all. I wouldn’t order online since they NEVER get it correctly. Either they are quick to read orders or just don’t even care. I ordered a pulled chicken wrap and got crispy chicken instead not to mention the wrap was completely hard… this is twice they messed up my order so probably a sign to just stop ordering food from them.

Food is good but the last few online orders were wrong and missing food. We take the time to order and they don't take the time tot fulfill it properly. The food is expensive so I would expect a complete order. I've looked over the last few months of reviews and it seems to be happening to others as well. After a review I see the owner asks you to fill out a questionnaire to see where they went wrong but yet here are the reviews telling them right here. If you don't listen to the people here telling you how to improve why take extra time to fill out another survey?

Server was inattentive. Food took over an hour to arrive and was not hot. Food was not good at all and way over priced. While my table waited for our food we watched our server have a sword fight with a co worker. 2 people at our table ordered 20 minutes after the test of us and got their food first. Overall terrible experience. I will not be returning.

The last 5 times I've been there they got my order wrong. The servers and the managers seemed to care less. I'll never go back. The customer service at Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst. After 5 consecutive bad experiences they insult me with a 1,000 points. Is that your idea of "making things right"? I always enjoyed the atmosphere but will never step into another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again in any location. I wish I could leave zero stars!!!!
