Upon arriving at 645pm for a 7pm reservation I was told several times, "a few moments" , when asking how much longer. Around 720pm we were finally led to a table that still had the previous customer's remains on it. At 735pm after sitting without menu, drink and silverware, I stood and retrieved a menu myself for me and my wife to look at. Then at 8pm we got fed up and left. Still without ever seeing a waitress. Ultimately we got takeout elsewhere went home.

Horrible place! Customers are being rushed, it’s freezing inside, the waiter is very rude.
Gave my wife a water with lemon and touch the lemon without glove, they are not sanitized. Not keeping social distancing. Poor crowd control. Please be aware people

Awesome service, food is excellent. Ambiance classy/modern. Awesome drink menu. Kani salad was soggy/bready - hope they revisit their recipe. All other food was excellent.

Felt like the wait staff was rushing us to order. The place was freezing. The food was cold. Had the food been hot it would of been better. Drinks were very strong.

I have been to hibatchi restaurants all over the country, but this experience was top notch. Our chef “Mike” made the experience the best we’ve ever had- so entertaining, interactive and funny! We were laughing throughout the entire experience. We would come back just to see him again. Service could not have been better - chef mike was great and our waitress Troy was very friendly and sweet. Food was also very good, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation for my birthday for 8pm with 5 people that traveled to see me. Came in, huge lines, the staff were ignoring everyone on line. I asked a few times how long until were seated and still being ignored. Poor management, all hibachi tables were taken with NO social distancing in between then and there were 3 other parties scheduled for hibachi at the same 8 time. All parties walked out with us. Very poor management, rude staff, and not social distancing. Makes me want to “hello cuomo come check this”. Would never go back.
