I place an order for delivery via the online app. My order arrived and it was incorrect (I ordered a footlong sub and received a 6"). No big deal. The employee told me they were running low on bread, so he asked if I wanted a burrito instead. If I wanted a burrito, I'd go to taco bell. He said the best he can do is to make a pita with subway ingredients. That's not what I wanted
