Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered pizza from my hotel it's only 6 minutes away. 25 minutes after the delivery time the drivers calls and says he's out front, I go downstairs money in hand ready to eat pizza. Driver is not where to be found so I call the number back and he says he can't see me and asks if I'm in a black jetta then proceeds to ask me where I am still standing in the front of a name brand large hotel. Giving up I return upstairs get my keys and go get food. While I was out I stopped by and got no service at the front counter nor did the guy in front of me.No calls nothing I guess they just dropped the order. Driver should not be employed at all. Horrible navigation and communication skills. Worst customer service i ever experienced. Won't try this spot again.

They delivered the wrong pizza to me when I drove back to the the store they refused to refund or make me the new one. They started speaking in Arabic! Speak English this ain’t no Middle East country I wonder what type of Muslim people are they who sell pork pizza lol! Real muslim don’t touch sell or buy pork but they do amazing lol!

Avoid this place at any cost absolutely disgusting dirty restaurant! So we were waiting for our order. One of the the employee who was mopping the floor he stops mopping and started preparing the pizza without changing the gloves or washing his hands! When we told him he needs to to wash his hands before touching the dough. He said to us that’s not our business to telling him that and he said it he don’t care about that! We immediately cancel our order and left! There are more good restaurants near by like Dennys Pizza Guys and Lazy Dog. This papa Johns location owner and employees are Muslim who don’t care about your health! Extremely rude employees!

Papa John did an automatic contactless delivery on my order. It was left outside my front door with us not hearing an knock or anything. I found it 10 minutes later when I checked the e-mail and the tracker said it was already delivered. I feel bad for the delivery driver as I had a cash tip for him and put zero on the credit card I paid with. update today 7/3/22 (7 months later) They have not just dropped my pizza at the door again and mostly been doing better, but today they decided to cheap out on the toppings. I didn't count until the second round, but on half a large the works pizza we had a total of 5 1/2 pepperonis. In general there were only toppings on the inner half of the pizza and the outside 2 inches only had cheese and a(singular, mostly onion) topping laying in the zone here or there I guess if the skimping on toppings continues I will completely stop ordering from this chain.
