Jamba Juice

What a let down from another outlet I visited a couple of days ago. No greetings from the staff. Sullen faces. Took their time with the order. Diluted Mango and Passion Fruit concentrates in front of us and made our drinks from them. The viscosity was way inferior when compared to the drink we had the other day in another Jamba outlet. And to top it all the staff was kick boxing and had no qualms about being watched by customers.

The Jamba juice was OK, service was just ok and the mall that it is located in was so quiet it felt like the mall was closed even though it was the middle of the day. The stores were empty of people and many store fronts closed, it appears the mall is struggling. Only stayed long enough to get a Jamba juice drink.

I was soooo disappointed. I used to work at Jamba Juice in Berkeley which is why I didnt only give this location 1 star. I understand the demand of this job and how frustrating it could be when there is a line around the corner. However, when you get a job like this there should be a level of expectation of how it going to be especially when you are working in the mall. The nonchalant attitude of the workers was very discouraging. As I stated before, i understand how irritating it can be but you still have a job to do. Our smoothies tasted like ice! then on top of that you have an attitude? There are people out here that would love to have your job so if you are gong to make my "ice smoothie" with an attitude maybe you should stay at home...
