Terrible service. Went in, 1 other customer being served, and there were literally 5 employees there doing 'stuff', not a single, "We'll be with you shortly...", "hold on a sec", no acknowledgement... not even a screw off, we are too busy for you, well I guess that could be what the lack of acknowledgement was. Guess they must be killing it though to be able to fund 5 employees to not bothering to service their customers. After about 5 minutes, just walked out, took my business elsewhere. Thanks BR, my 'other' dessert was great

I am really disappointed with the service, I order a birthday cake for 10 to 12 persons, I got a small one may be for 4 to 6 persons, when I called them, the lady said we can not help you now we are in a training. We will call you back, no body called....very bad service I would not recommend this location, The lady was not helpful she did not even call, they mess up my son birthday.

This is a nice and clean location in Fremont with a friendly lady behind the counter. Our order was made correctly and she asked us for options and took the time to get it right. My only complaint was that the waffle cone was not crispy enough for being freshly baked. It wasn't too busy in the afternoon and we could sit down and enjoy our ice cream !! Overall a well maintained franchise.
