Domino's Pizza

I’m annoyed with this location. It’s understood to be busy but I picked up my food not had it delivered, I arrived an Hour later and my food was not there! (Great) apparently the delivery driver mistook my food . At this point I had to wait for my food to be made so I decided to wait inside. As I waited I noticed No one wore a mask no one wore Hair nets!! I mean it’s the hair net for me! That’s basic principle. I mean they do this at WAWA. As I’m watching they are working well and quickly but that seriously bothered me.. the only person whom wore a mask was the person taking orders. People making the food talk back and forth with each other and again it’s what you don’t see .. all the spit coming out while speaking we never noticed til covid which is why we were a Mask! To annoy me even more I ordered a cookie brownie or marble cookie idk .. and when I got home (bc at this point I was fine being there so I left after given my order) my cookie is burnt to the point the edges where black from overly toasted!! Dried out and a bit hard.. DO BETTER

I've been a loyal customer with the Salem Village location since mid 1999 but since October of last year service and food quality has been terrible and inconsistent also truly lucky to be able to place a order since they never answer the phone. Today alone I called store 6 plus times listened to entire phone message and of course no one picked up truly disappointing and totally disrespectful so close to just letting them go altogether :(
