Qdoba

Last night an hour before closing, the employees were very rude. On top of that, the ingredients were ice cold, and the chicken incredibly dry and with an unpleasant burnt taste to it. I also was charged to add queso to my bowl, which is advertised as being free to add. Overall, left with a bitter taste in my mouth and won’t be back. I’d rather spend more money for better service and better food elsewhere.

This is my favorite QDoba location of anywhere in the chain. The quality here is consistently better, fresher ingredients mainly. I also like the spacious interior, which is a kinda attractive aesthetic too with the interior walls made of colorful brick-like tiles. My main complaint is that this place stopped serving beer. Why? What's up with that? I hate how beer is to buy casually in the US, you can only get it in dedicated bars, I like to be able to have it casually in a simple place to eat like this, so I am frustrated that they stopped selling beer here. Besides that though, this place is great, I love it. Also the staff here are always super nice. Seriously I have seen a lot of different people work here over the years and they're always really nice and I appreciate that.

We stopped in for lunch today because we were in the area for another store. I was on the fence about what to get, and Quinton was great in explaining what was what, and made suggestions accordingly. I ended up with a quesadilla with the pork, bbq sauce, queso, and extra cheese. It was a melty, delicious mess. My boyfriend got tacos that he loved. Both meals were packed with food, in generous portions. The other employee we dealt with, Lexus (I think that's what he said her name was) finished making our food, and then checked in on us about halfway through our meal. We were impressed with the facility and appreciated the friendly employees who were not put off by my indecisiveness. 5 stars to each of them. This is how customer service at a food establishment should be. Way to go guys! Made worth trying to find parking and a long walk in the freezing rain totally worth it.

Despite being understaffed, like many retail and hospitality businesses in the area, the staff today worked hard and made tasty and prompt food for me and my family. They were out of something and another patron tried to shame them for it before walking out, but the staff responded in as courteous a fashion as they could but were still called "rude" for their efforts. We enjoy the food at this location and will go back. But especially in the present situation, we all have to practice a little patience and understanding with the predicament many of these businesses find themselves in. They need our support, not our negativity. Thanks for the great lunch!
