Just as an FYI, for the 2021-2022 academic year this Einstein Bros. only accepts orders by students, faculty, and staff of UDel. You can only make those orders through the grubhub app.
It's an Einstein Bros, so it's about the quality you'd expect. They're housed within the first floor of the ISE building. The staff are super friendly and hard-working but when there's a rush before and after classes, you may have to wait upwards of 20 minutes. However, if you order through grubhub you can set it for pickup when you get out of class. Very convenient!

I think they should stay opened for the summer; they are only opened during the school terms now. Conveniently located for students and staff around ISE, though it must be admitted that things are comparably expensive. The staff at this Einstein's chain are real friendly and they try to remember what you like if you go often enough =))
