Yesterday my medium cold brew was perfectly made. Today, the cold brews were so watered down and iced that we couldnt taste the cold brew. We asked to get new ones and the woman tried to offer a completely different drink instead of remake them. We finally waited for the other worker to help us. Our bagels were sold out, then they put the wrong thing on it, then they remade it with a different bagel and it had like zero cream cheese on it. They are skimping over at this location!

Seems as if they have a whole new crew and I must say the customer service is way better than before ! Great change to this place, will be coming back often. Coffee taste good fresh, not lukewarm or watered down.

Way too much ice in the iced coffee and often too much milk. I've experienced it several times at this location. One would expect all DD's to have the same formula.

Ordered 2 ice coffees today and both were the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Very stale tasting and in drinkable. Would recommend driving to any other location than this one.

Weekend crew of kids is horrible! last 2 days have made the wrong sandwich. This place is good but only during the early mornings on weekdays.

The place is nice, and busy in the morning, but some of the employees look uncoordinated. They often get the orders wrong, and/or the quality of the food is lackluster compared to other Dunkin stores. My last two sandwich orders had burnt bagels from the toaster.

I usually don’t care to complain but this is the WORSE Dunkin EVER!!! I swear they never have anything in stock besides coffee, lol no bagels, no lemonade, sometimes they’re outta donuts !! And

Nice easy order 2 everything bagles 1 with cream cheese and one with veggie cream cheese. Not only could they not get that right but they put on strawberry cream cheese which is not a big deal but the fact they put 1 small glob on the bagle and didn't even spred it or put enough on. This is not the first time they have mess a order up just finally annoyed enough to say something
