Food was terrible. I called and told them that the whole salad and croutons were soaked and didn’t taste to go. First person who answered the phone laughed and gave the phone to the manager who basically asked what I wanted to do. So instead of the replacing the salad I decided to order wings and mozzarella sticks. I originally placed the order for delivery so she stated the new food would be out in 45 minutes. And it never arrived. I tried called the store to let them know I never received my new order and no one picked up. Guess I have to call my bank and get a refund. This is ridiculous. Also the driver who brought my food stated to sign the receipt and tip. He has some nerve.worst service ever

This place rocks, people absolutely trip on these Google reviews it’s ridiculous. This place has been a gem for years. The staff are super friendly. They are often busy but keep enough staff on hand for you to get your order quick. I got my order in 20 minutes tonight and the place was packed. Good vibes, everybody chilling relaxing playing music. If you’re still complaining after that with the reasonable prices too you got issues. And my flatbread was awesome. Presentation is sloppy but everything was cooked PERFECT and that’s why I love Freddy’s. All these dumb dumbs saying they have to cancel their order cause nobody wants to deliver it to them - should’ve TIPPED! That simple lol. To the staff and the driver. Foods awesome. Stop whining 👌

are used to genuinely enjoy Freddys, but they have gone so far downhill. I was just in there after placing an order over the phone. The order placing was painful and the staff was rude. I go in and I’m waiting at the counter they see me and say nothing. I give it a few minutes and they walk right past me. I’m the only person in the store mind you. someone they know just comes in behind the counter and starts talking to one of the girls, the other to start talking to each other and are looking out the window. No one has said a thing to me at this point and I can see that my items are ready and boxed. After 15 minutes of no recognition I just said “Is my order ready?!” they genuinely seem shocked that I was even addressing the fact I was there and waiting on an order. A girl said it’s still being made and then literally puts the items in a bag and brings it over not even notice saying that my items have been ready. They should just close this place down at this point.

TLDR: Freddys has a cover store on delivery apps called Ikes Tender Shack. The food never arrives and the staff is beyond rude. Dont order from here. I ordered from Freddy's through grub hub a few months ago and waited over 3 hours for my order before having to cancel it. I've been avoiding them like the plague ever since. Last night I tried to order from Ikes Tender Shack, also through grubhub. We waited an hour for our food, and since the delivery was supposed to show up at 8:15 at the latest, I called the store at 8:30 to get an update (They use their own driver instead of grubhub drivers), and the woman who answered the phone was so short and rude. I don't think I was able to finish a single sentence in the entire conversation. Eventually she told me that it was out for delivery and it should be there soon. I asked how long and she said "it shouldn't be much longer". I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. I called twice and no one answered. You can't even tell what the voicemail says the name of the restaurant is because there is so much background noise. I called grubhub support to cancel my order, and decided to google Ikes Tender Shack to see their reviews. Lo and behold, their address comes up as Freddy's Wings and Wraps. They made a cover store to try to scam more money out of people who are to polite to ask for a refund. I've never even had the food at Freddy's, and I can already say that I'll be googling every address I order from to make sure it isnt them. I'd give zero stars if I could. This place is awful.

Freddy's wings and wraps and their cover store "Ike's Tenders" Is an absolute scam. Highly recommend you do not purchase anything from this store. Attempted purchases from both their live Freddy delivery menu and their Ike's Tenders kitchen menu on grub hub and items just never arrive. If you are in the Newark area and are hungry, definitely order from somewhere else because you will never get your food from this restaurant.

Ordered wings burger and fries through Uber eats. Took about one hour and 20 minutes to get here which given cook and drive time not terrible. However, the packaging provided little in the way of heat retention not to mention the wings themselves have little to no sauce and look 2 hours old as well as no seasoning on the Patty's for the burger. The only thing my daughter tastes from the burger is ketchup. I was recommended to this restaurant by numerous friends and maybe the dine in experience is a bit different but this feels as if online customers do not matter to the restaurant.
