Pizza Hut

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a fair supper, this place comes right away to my mind. Great and many types of food and a rich menu.great crew, and good spirit. And very important, the bill is reasonable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with great pleasure.

Absolutely the rudest Pizza Hut I have ever called. I ask, do you deliver to my address? Put on hold for 10 mins. Then hung up on. I call back, and ask for the manager. They say, please hold. I get hung up on again. I call back a 3rd time. The manager answers. Absolutely rude manager. No wonder their reviews are so low. Looks like the 5 stars are all BS. Look at how low the 1 to 4 stars are. That tells the real story. Absolutely pathetic. Not even worth a 1 star.

Really bad experience here. I am hoping its because the place is new. Friend and ordered pizza. After an hour we called them again as we haven't heard from them and they aren't far. They said the food was now on the way when we called, employee on the phone didn't sound sincere and I made sure to confirm that they had the correct contact info just in case. After another 40 minutes we called again, gave out contact info again, said that we weren't on record despite card payment. We gave out name, and then she remembered. We asked why the delay after the Hour & 40 minutes of waiting. She sounded unsure and said the driver was running late. We did not like this and requested our ordered cancelled and payment refunded, though she tried to dissuade us. We'll check with the bank later to make sure funds were refunded. So far the impression of this Pizza Hutt is less than faborable as we can't trust them.

Worse place ever!!!! Zero stars. I made an order online for delivery and was told it would take 40 minutes. After one hour of waiting, my fiancé decided to call them. They never picked up. We spent 10 minutes calling and the phone would just keep ringing. Eventually, we started to think that the order got cancelled and decided to drive there to find out what was going on. Apparently, the employee there had muted the phone and was ignoring all incoming calls from customers. She was extremely stressed out because apparently they were getting too many orders for just one driver. I have never seen a place literally ignore all calls from customers. This place is a disaster!!! After almost two hours we recieived our pizza. And guess what. The order was wrong!!

The cashier was rude as hell I waited 10 minutes just to order just to receive attitude from her as if I were the nuisance. Originally had ordered take out but they got our order wrong and when we called the recipient on the other end was rude and unwilling to correct their mistake. I was told to call corporate which was unbelievable. Never again will I spend my hard earned money at this pizza hut. They need etiquette lessons and professional skills training...

(2/28 11:00 pm) Order was wrong, delivery driver was not only completely clueless, but also somehow let the pizza box flip on its side and due to this the pizza fell out, then he pushed it back in with his bare hands and act as if nothing happened. Not a reflection of the company--but this location is obviously a catastrophe.

Pizza arrive to my hotel cold (well barely warm). Ham and pineapple. 5 pieces of pineapple on it. Burned. Dry pizza. Hardly any sauce and cheese is hardened to the crust. Not gooey. Worst pizza ever. Not to mentioned I ordered a large and this is a medium. I don't have time to wait for a new delivery. Really disappointed.

I place an order for 300 people for an event and the manager was very wonderful. On the day of pick up, our order was ready before we arrived which made things move smoothly. I will definitely be returning to purchase food for my personal consumption and for an event. Great store and customer service :)
