Come here fairly often. Even when it's busy the food comes out properly. My only complaint would be the arrangement of the drive through. Traffic gets a little nuts in the am. They also run out of donuts fairly quickly. In the years I've been coming here I've only had maybe 1 or 2 orders messed up.

As a mom am concern about how a supervisor called bibi treats the employees. Please pay attention to your kids, no one should be disrespecting your child nor insulting them. I will definitely have the Department of Labor look into this facility.

The coffee is absolutely horrible!!! It’s pretty much overpriced flavored water 😐😐😐. The doughnuts 🍩 and the food are decent but definitely not my first choice. If you want good coffee, don’t go here. I repeat DON’T GO HERE!!!

Found some sort of debris (hopefully coffee grinds) at the bottom of this lemonade peach drink I just ordered. It's unbelievable the simplest of things to do clean drinkware, Can not be done.

The management is very rude. nobody inside has on mask nobody inside is greeting customers the store is filthy they messed up on my order and refused to fix it I was told to pay for it or get my money back even though it was their error. Absolutely will not recommend this location to anyone.

Poor customer service the manager is very rude. If they get something wrong on your order best believe they will make you pay for there mistake even after you hear them repeat your order back to you.

The manager isn’t a good manager at all. He’s rude he got in my husbands face as if he was going to fight him. I placed my order my order was repeated back to me and when I got to the window it wasn’t what I ordered. So I mentioned that and I was told you either pay for the difference or I’ll give you your money back. I chose my money due to how rude he was and this is at 9am smh

If you dont mind waiting then its okay. This is not the dunkin to go to grab a quick drink and be out the door less then 5mins if youre in a rush. The service use to be worse but its slowly getting better. It really depends who is on staff and what time of the day you go. Some of staff is nice and some can be downright rude and igorn a line of customers until they want to take order. Also .39 cents for whipcream is robbery all the other local dunkin charges .25 .Alot of times they run out donuts like will literally be nothing to choose from lol.
