Every time I come to this McDonald’s they always mess up my order or it’s ALWAYS something missing. I come everyDAY giving them the benefit of the doubt & every single day they teach me that it’s just not worth coming. Please do better , I can tell they not taking this job sincerely by the way the food being handed.

We ordered a m flurry with Oreos and M&Ms , they never put the Oreos and never stirred up the ice cream so the m n m could be incorporated into the drink. When we asked the cashier told us we had to do it ourselves , which I thought was pretty rude.

Will not be going back. It's ok if you are ordering from the restaurant. But the drive thru cashier doesn't know how to look up mobile orders. Waste of time. Had to drive down to the one on Springfield Avenue, Irvington to pickup the order.

Quick and fast with the orders. Only part I didn't like was that the Dr. Pepper fountain had no spout so as soon as I pressed it it shot all over my hands and arms.......

I usually go there to get kids meal it's nice place and big inside like the long chairs only i noticed 2 times no service on bathroom ..i have baby and she needed to go ! I hope they fix it if that's the problem...

I went to get my nephew food from here three days ago. As I placed my order through the drive thru I noticed a family of huge rats. I recorded to supply the video. If they are outside then they are inside. The customer service was great but it was just disgusting and took away from the experience. I wouldn’t order from here anymore.

Unclean and slow service. I went in the other night around 9pm. The place was a mess and there's no reason a public eatery should look unclean. The service was also slow and unorganized. The sad part about it is that this is a fairly new McDonald's that's going downhill real quick! Better management and staffing is desperately needed. When it first opened it was nice, now it does not operate nor look like the same place. We have got to do better people!

Run far from this place. They are always out of items on the menu. Always a long wait at the drive thru. Try to support local businesses, but not giving my money to them no more
