The Worst McDonald's You Could Ever Visit!
Every time I went there, I always got an order messing. And I'm seriously thinking it's intentional. If you got the full order, it's probably you got half an order. Either your burger got no cheese no condiments. You would order a fry, but then you'll get half full. Also, they have a higher priced menu than the ones nearby (just check the app and see for yourself). The staff doesn't care about you or your order, maybe with the exception of one older lady. You say you order 4 condiments and then the staff responds to you by saying I gave you one and it should be enough.

This culture of carelessness reflects that of the manager and the branch operator. It's completely unacceptable, and I'll be personally reporting this to corporate because this location keeps tarnishing its image.

2 stars only because this is a very nice-looking clean McDonald’s. I went on 11/4 at night to get to coffee. This is a summary of my experience:
-Went in, 7 employees joking around talking in Spanish, no one acknowledged we were there waiting.
-When a cashier finally came to us I said: “2 Medium black coffees, one with 2 sugars, the other one with 2 sweeteners” then he asked what size, if I wanted milk or cream, and how many sugars. I think my initial order was clear enough. However, I didn’t mind since he barely spoke English.
When he brought the coffees I asked which one had sugar and which one had sweetener. He said he didn’t know what sweetener war. I said Splenda or Equal. He the went to get the coffee again, brought me a new one and it had no sugar nor sweeter on it. So disappointing. I dealt with it and just sat down to drink my coffee.
A couple minutes later I came to the counter to ask if I could use the bathroom (since apparently they have to unlock it for every customer). I was very polite but the girl just yelled: “GO AHEAD”. I went and the door was still locked. I came back to the counter and asked her to please unlock the door, to which she responded: “YOU GOTTA WAIT. I’M NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM”. I asked how is a paying customer not allowed to use the bathroom. She said she didn’t know I was a customer, to which I responded: “maybe you should ask instead of assuming”. Overall a terrible experience that night.
I came back the next morning for coffee. This time I asked for sweetener on the side. This other cashier also didn’t know what that was. Their English level is very low, and it’s disrespectful how they just speak Spanish in front of customers. I obviously don’t mind if the employees are immigrants but this is AMERICA. If they wanna speak Spanish at work they can go back to Dominican Republic or Mexico.

McDonald's, please only put people that can speak proper English on the order through window. Also have them check the orders before handing them out. It's gross when the driver before you at drive thru, looks through your food before realizing, it's not their order, because McDonald's employees aren't doing their job properly!

My sister and I walked there from Prudential Center after Stray Kids’s concert to get a water but they were closed inside. The only way to get anything was through the drive through. However there was this really nice man that let ppl in to the bathroom and gave us a free water. I’m so thankful for his kindness because we were beyond thirsty.

I am very good giving positive reviews but this McDonalds have a very unprofessional and very rude shift manager by the name Janet. A couple of days ago we went and she did not want to help me with a sauce request stating that I need to pay for that (That was not the problem) I told her I will pay for it. The problem was when she started screaming saying that I need to do the line again because she was not going to charge me for this. Mind you that I been here before and never had any problems. Not only that she prepared my order and after the order was on the window she took my order and take it to the back of the store. And she started screaming to a young man that he was super humble telling him (screaming): GET HIM OUT OF HERE NOW, GET HKM OUT OF HERE NOW!
The unprofessionalism and customer service was zero and knowing that this is not McD’s policy and guest standards. As a leader she was aweful, (not leaders scream to their employees). As a person she was not kind at all. This type of behaviors are not acceptable in work environments.

The best in town ! The nicest servers especially Caliya. She makes perfect coffee and is so pleasant and kind . Also the security guards are amazing and very congenial . The Staff are very accommodating but could use a little improvement on the inside.

This Mcdonalds is the best! I only eat from this particular one. It's never that crowded and the workers for the most part are very polite.
