Ordered buffalo wings and fries. Flood was terrible and I actually had to speak with three people to maybe receive a credit for 12.00 bucks. Their management is very unprofessional. I beg you to not ordered microwavable chicken.

Great place to eat and take a break from the office. Everything that I've bought tasted delicious. The workers are very courteous and helpful. I bought the Shrimp Alfredo today and had some left over. My high school daughter gave it two thumbs up.

The food is pretty good, I tried the antipasto salad & the cheeseburger and it definitely filled me up. I would recommend if you are in the area looking for a quick bite.

I was in the office and noticed a colleague with a really good looking slice of pizza. She told me it was from Pronto Cafe. I had a little bit of a time finding it because it's in the lobby of a building and the building has scaffolding around it. Since I found it I have been going there at least once a week. The salad bar is really good. The pizza is almost NYC authentic and the other dishes I've had there were good as well. The best part is the prices. You can eat very well there for less than $10 including a drink. Overall, it's a great place for lunch if you're in downtown Newark.

My first time ordering from Pronto was a great experience. My co-workers & I was impressed but lately they have been very forgetful. The last 2 times ordering, they had forgotten parts of my order as well as forgetting to put on toppings I paid extra for. But once calling them to let them know, they had no problem with having missing items & toppings re-delivered.
Food is normally good & they are generous with condiments but there was no amount of condiments that can fix the burnt tough burger I received today. It was awful. I did not bother to let them know because they were already re-delivering missing items. We will be giving Pronto Cafe a break from ordering.

I've always loved this place it was very very very very clean the place look extremely nice they are allowing people to still eat and sit down in the restaurant you have two social distance you must wear a mask and the place is extremely clean very good Hospitality friendly service I love the place it's been years since that I have been a customer although every time I come back to drop in or whatever to have my favorite which is their oatmeal I love their oatmeal it remind me of how my late Mom grandmother and my aunt makes it it tastes wonderful again I always have a comfortable experience each time I go to the Pronto Cafe😀💕☺
