Great options for every diet. Customer service is always professional even when its crowded at lunchtime. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The owners are hands-on operators, and they have a great crew. I've read some reviews that people are overcharged - most food is weighed, so take only what you can afford. This restaurant is my "go-to" place for me and when I cater lunch for fellow employees.

I came here with 27 years of drug addiction, 19 of which was Heroin. Being hospitalised 3 weeks before coming here was the last straw for myself and my family. The three week detox was a struggle and over the 6 weeks, the staff there were amazing" Every day helping me find the person I once was. The things I learned about addiction and how our minds work blew me away. Learning to live the rest of my life clean and sober is now possible thanks to them, with me using the skills I've learned here.

Horrible breakfast. Extremely overpriced. Selling cups of orange juice and apple with the gallons of Shop Rite OJ & apple juice in the cooler next to it. The 3 links of sausage were inedible. Do not go here.

A regular deli style shop on the first floor inside the station. A good option to the franchises. Quick service. I enjoyed a decent pre-made Italian sandwich (couldn't wait for a fresh one to be made... Was going to make me late to my train!)

Been there several times and everything has been amazing and the staff is always professional, nice and eager to help. They offer regular and vegetarian choices. One of the best places to dine.

I am with US Army staying at Hilton Doubletree helping with Covid 19 Medical Response. The Metro Cafe is attached via a mall to Newark Penn Station and hotel. The owners of Metro Cafe opened because we are here! They are wonderful. Food excellent!

I'm crazy for boars head meats, so their sandwiches with their homemade chipotle mayo is my favorite. I also love the hot buffet which is reasonably priced.
