Nizi Sushi

The last time I went to Nizi for sushi was well over two years ago for lunch. During my experience then, I ordered the Sashimi lunch. Every piece of fish I bit into was still slightly frozen. Listen I get it. Getting fresh fish delivered every day can be really expensive. But at least thaw it properly before serving. Fast track to two months ago. I went back with a friend and decided to give them another chance. We were not greeted at the door even though there were only two other customers in the establishment. We stood there awkwardly waiting to get a table before anyone even acknowledged us. Once we sat down and were given menus, the server told us sushi isn't available. Okay...it's a sushi restaurant, how does this even happen? And why weren't we told about this while we were waiting at the door? Still we decided to stay and tried the cooked dishes. It wasn't bad at all, just not what we were expecting. But really the double icing on the cake was the server completely ignoring us once he brought the food. Again, there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant while we were there. Once we finished our abysmal meal and headed to leave, I noticed the owner forced one of the kitchen cooks to make sushi because they received UberEATS orders. He clearly hadn't ever made sushi before and it was honestly unfair to put him in a situation like that especially if they received a customer complaint about their meals. I'm still confused how a sushi restaurant did not have any sushi chefs come in. This really solidified me never coming back. There's a much better Nizi in East Rutherford with better quality of fish, great staff, and chefs that actually come to work.

This site is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I feel like having a delicious supper, this restaurant comes straight to my head. fresh and all sorts of food and a large menu.well mannered crew, and pleasant mood. Also important, the cost is modest. I suggest this place with pleasure.
