1st of all I just stumbled in there by accident. God must’ve sent me to this restaurant today. WOW. The only words that come to mind are Robust, fresh, delicious and GREAT service. This watermelon lemonade is incredible as well. So light and refreshing. Not a whole bunch of sugar. I’m just really happy and impressed. Their hummus, salad fixings and cabbage slaw??? CRAZY. And the sauces???? I just love a sauce. The man suggested I mix 2 sauces and I was like “ok.” He didn’t warn me those sauces were about to ROCK MY SOCKS OFF!!!!! They have it together in there. Really, really good. I’ll be there at least twice a week for lunch. OH!!!!! And they had just randomly gave me a falafel ball to sample which I never tasted and it was very good. �
I went here thinking it was a normal salad bar but it was even better than expected! I got the bowl and chose to make the salad my base with the shredded chicken, potato salad and chickpea salad… The flavor was delicious and fresh! The garlic sauce on top hit the spot and I think this place has the best baklava I’ve ever had!
Love this place since my undergrad at RU!! It’s my go to whenever I’m in Newark. I haven’t come across such a variety in any other restaurant. I wish they were open weekends as well.
This place is AMAZING! Huge portion of delicious food. You make your own combination of a plate or sandwich. Everything is delicious! You cant go wrong with any of the selections, price is good too.

I just had a laffa wrap with falafel and hummus today and it was so delicious! The spicy harissa sauce is a must.

It was a pretty good experience. You can basically create your own meal at a reasonable price. More of a take out place than a dine in. The falafel and the eggplant to put on top are both delicious, although I like my falafel a bit more crunchy. Servers are okay, they help you nicely but are not extremely friendly. For me that's okay though. I just wanted to put it here as a heads up.
