I went there for an event, and the place was really nice. The drinks were good and kinda strong, I had the Arlo Frose and the Arlo Margarita I believe. The bartenders would always check up on you to see if you need anything, Victoria gave me a drink on the house, she was very helpful. And Charles too. This was the first time I’ve ever sat at the bar, it was fun. I did not order food though.

Food was great! Service was even greater!! We had Sophia host and serve many of us, as we celebrated my best friends engagement. Managing large crowds can get very overwhelming, but that was not the case for Sophia. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was an overall great experience- loved the outdoor area!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Arlo Soho hotel as a well deserved getaway and decided to eat at this restaurant. The food is great!!! The wings here are a must have but I was promoted to write this review because of the outstanding service. I would like to commend and thank Gary on a job well done. He greeted us with the warmest welcome, gave us great service and made our experience memorable. We took home the warmest batch of freshly baked cookies thats also a must have. Thank you again Gary for giving us something to smile about during such a difficult time in our life. It really made our evening!!!

Beware the 18% Covid fee that they don’t disclose until the end. I’ve seen 10% at some pubs around town, but this is ridiculous. Food was overpriced. Not as in it was too expensive, but in this city you can get much better food and service for the same price. Just venture 3 blocks in any direction and you’ll find 20 more memorable restaurants. Honestly, I’ll never go back.
