Just popped in for a quick coffee which ring right next to Starbucks I don’t know why more people don’t go. They gave a good variety and are always eager to serve and the coffees and teas are super affordable. I’ve eaten the standard diner fare here before and it’s great. They are VERY eager to serve. Seems like a neighborhood spot where they know everyone and what they like.

The New Amity Restaurant is very conveniently located to where I stay when I visit Manhattan. When the opportunity arises, I will patronize this establishment for breakfast. The food is good, the staff is attentive, businesslike and the service is outstanding. No waiting long for your food here. There are other restaurants and diners within walking distance, where prices are slightly lower, but convenience and service wins out for this restaurant every time. If you are a size XXL, like I am, you may want to sit at the counter as you will find the booths to be a little tight.

I live two blocks away and have been coming here since I was a little kid. One of my favorite restaurants/ diners in NYC. The staff is wonderful and they make the best burger in the city! Ignore all the negative reviews! They’re all trolls talking about some blue beanie!
