This presented itself as a convenient spot to grab some groceries for a stay at a nearby hotel. It has most of your basics plus a variety of cooked buffet takeout bar. If in a pinch for some comfort belly stuffing this is not a bad choice. You can also pick up a couple of solid six packs of beer but nothing too fancy. Prices are average for NYC.

This is a great little spot.
Lots of fresh items. Good prepared food. Great buffet. Nicely stocked with a variety of gourmet items.
Seating area both downstairs and upstairs. They even have bathrooms for customers use. Conveniently accessed by walking, train or bus. This place is handicap accessible with seeding downstairs.

This is my breakfast bagel place. I always get the fried egg and cheese one and it's so good. I've been to other places around the area but nothing beats the quality/price here. Occasionally get lunch which is good too

Don't ask! The answer is not friendly. Just pick your food and go. Cashier at least was costumer oriented. The guys at the sandwich bar... Food looks better than it tastes. God Father Sandwich - OK. Sushi where you get a plastic cup for ice cream.. Well, go there again. But I will not talk to anybody. I asked for extra plain bagels 'help youself'.
