DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The lady that works evenings at the cash register overcharges people and has the worst customer service. When asked why I was charged more than what the item was priced for on the menu, Neither her nor the cooks could explain why. It’s ridiculous that their food is already overpriced. Charging extra to pocket, a shame. The chicken was hard and sauce had very little flavor; will not be back.

Food is decent, but the service at the register is awful. No matter what time of day you go in, they are so slow. Computerize your registers so they don’t have to use a separate credit card machine. And never leave more than three people waiting in line. It’s bad for business. And get proper coolers for the drinks. They’re never really cold, and for the juices, that’s gross.

Tough to review, because the food and service are so inconsistent. The coffee is usually pretty good, the pizza ranges from poor to OK, cookies and pastries are fine (if not stale), sandwiches are Hit and miss, the employees are mostly helpful and friendly unless in a bad mood, etc. The floor and table tops could use a good cleaning.

I order from here (via Seamless) all the time. Sandwiches are solid, bagels are good and come with appropriate amounts of toppings (lox, cream cheese, butter, etc.). Only negative is that they sometimes do not have what I ordered and I have to substitute it for something else. Frequently happens with their muffin selection or gatorades.

Beware of Scams! Lady insisted we gave her $15, but we gave her $20. Bf pointed out that the $20 he gave her was right there. She gave up her scam and gave us the proper change. We would not go back even though this place is so close to our hotel. Good bagel and cheesecake. Terrible, terrible cookie.

I went here a couple of times because I work close by.... The first time I went I ordered just a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee, the bagel was hard and the cream cheese had some residue in it from whatever they used the knife for last. Also the coffee tasted burnt and was not the way I ordered it. Today I went back and just got a cookie and a coffee... Lets just say they both ended up in the trash and I went to Dunkin Donuts. Not to mention the prices are way to high for the quality of their products. I thought you get what you pay for in this world!
