Great service and delicious food! Wife and I came here just this past weekend. We usually don't eat at upscale restaurants so we treated ourselves this once. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! The ambiance was nice both inside and out. Food was delicious but portion sizes are kinda smal
It's my third time here. The best place to eat if you are somewhere near to Times Square. Food is tasty, service is exceptional. I just like this place so much. Will definitely come back!
Raw fish sampler dish was fantastic! And I did not like raw fish before trying it here. Our waiter was amazing. Churros were "icing on the cake" of a wonderful lunch. Will absolutely be back.
Service was very good. Very friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good ( u have to like seafood/italian food). Kale veggies, which we ordered as a side dish, was bit too salty for our taste.
AMAZING dinner. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was unreal. The sea bass melted in your mouth. The side dishes (potatoes, green onions, and collards) were flavorful and perfectly cooked. We got oysters which were fantastic! The old fashioneds were super solid - strong
Had an amazing experience coming here. Staff were knowledgeable and were open with wine pairings. Beautiful restaurant, but still relaxed enough that you could enjoy yourself. Would recommend to anyone looking for good seafood fare!
Super awesome place. The food was so good in a kinda non-trendy way. I don't need my small portion covered in a bed of leaves, thanks. The octopus app was outstanding and a simply prepared, salt-baked branzino was moist and delicious. I really like that they served limes in addition to lemons with t
I've been going to Esca with my wife every time we visit NYC for the past 15 years. It is consistent and consistently great for crudo, pasta and the freshest fish. We were surprised to see the dining room has been remodeled & updated with a lighter, modern, more open and spacious feel. The food and
Just had an amazing dinner tonight. Waiter Joe was so attentive & knowledgeable & the first thing he asked was, "are you going to a show this evening?" & yes we were going to "Hello Dolly" so he made sure our food came out on time so we weren't late. We had the scallops, grilled octopus & the oyste
Both the meal and the dessert were fabulous. Found this spot by chance as I was headed to a different location that had a wait longer than I cared for. I arrived early and didn't have a reservation and was seated right away. The dessert looks like a giant Swiss roll :)
The place is great. The attention from the staff is very friendly and eager to assist you. The food is awesome. My personal favourites were the octopus and the pumpkin gnocchi. Absolutely brilliant.
Delicious! The waiters really know what they're talking about and the cocktails go with every course!
The food and service was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the mood for seafood with some Italian flair.
Great food, fresh and great service. A good place to go before a Broadway show!
Firstly, the staff is SO nice. Very welcoming, accommodating, and had excellent service (our server was Santiago! Thank you to him!) I ordered the Pollo al Mattone (local organic chicken) and it was the best chicken i’ve ever had. It was crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside; perfectl
Try the octopus appetizer! The corn salad is amazing---but only available till the end of August.
Good Italian seafood. Great service. If you're eating outside at night you might see a few critters. Very nice environment.
We shared an appetizer of pasta and then the Branzino. Both were terrific. The service was about the best I ever recall. They are very attentive but not over bearing. They are not stuffy but happy to greet you as a welcome guest. We really liked it. We had to make a curtain call and they made sure w
